Documents needed attestation has to be done by the UAE embassy in the country of origin.

All documents should have a valid signature and stamp of the concerned authority.

For the notarisation, a public notary or equivalent authority must notarise all documents and must be submitted either in Arabic or English only. Each legal document has to be sealed in all the pages.

Documents submitted must have original notarisation and attestations.

Share Certificate Letter must be issued from a local bank and cover an amount of not less than AED 1,000,000 for FZE registration or AED 500,000 for FZCO registration.
